My experience at Rix Motor Company could have been better because I have repeatedly reported a fault which continues to persist.I am still waiting for a phone call from mike Scott who promised an update on Wednesday.the car displays a fault with engine and rattles underneath .frankly I am fed up with poor service and excuses

Rix Motor Company have never failed to impress me; from their excellent car range to their fantastic customer service.

recently passed my driving test and with the help of this great company I was able to drive away with my car with everything sorted the day after I passed, so happy with my first car and the service they provided.

I would not recommend Rix Motor Company because the vehicle I purchased was due a major service costing over £700.00 and rather than service the vehicle keeping the digital service history up to date, they simply reset the service light. When I spoke to the salesperson I dealt with about this a day or so after the purchase, he said he would look into the matter and get back to me about it, yet one month after purchase, no word from them.
I explained to the sales person that I had my own finance company to put my business to but without my consent he proposed the business to different finance companies creating unecessary searches and damaging my credit reference file.
